These Terms of Service may not be amended, nor any obligation waived, without JERSEY SHORE ENTERTAINMENT written approval.  These Terms of Service supersede and cancel any and all prior negotiations and understandings between you and JERSEY SHORE ENTERTAINMENT.

Any failure by JERSEY SHORE ENTERTAINMENT or any party to enforce any provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver thereof or of any other provision thereof.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is adjudged by a court to be void or unenforceable, that provision will in no way affect any other provision of these Terms of Service, the application of that provision in any other circumstance, or the validity or enforceability of these Terms of Service. Such provision may be amended or modified only to the extent necessary to bring it within legal requirements.

These Terms of Service will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida applicable therein (without regard to the conflicts of law provisions thereof) and to accept service of documents relating to commencement of proceedings and actions by certified or registered mail.
