Thomas Dunlap brings extensive experience as a former prosecutor, U.S. Army officer, trial attorney, and business advisor. His practice encompasses intellectual property, trademarks, patents, government contracts, corporate matters, and complex litigation. Mr. Dunlap also serves as outside counsel to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
