A Unique Film and Community Initiative Will Bring Entertainment and Philanthropy Together in St. Petersburg, Florida.
ST. PETERSBURG, FL — July 15, 2026 — Jersey Shore Entertainment and its studio co-production partner, Red House Streaming have announced a new charitable partnership with Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside that will unite the power of film production with community service through the upcoming feature film and television franchise “Blue Hotel”.
The partnership will launch with a special charity fundraising event benefiting Habitat for Humanity’s mission of building safe, affordable housing for families throughout the Tampa Bay region.
The event will bring together filmmakers, business leaders, community organizations, media representatives, investors, cast members, and supporters to celebrate the launch of “Blue Hotel”, while raising awareness and financial support for one of the nation’s most respected nonprofit housing organizations.
Developed by Jersey Shore Entertainment and produced in collaboration with Red House Streaming, “Blue Hotel” is a supernatural mystery centered around a historic seaside hotel whose guests discover that some visitors never truly check out. Blending suspense, mystery, and emotional storytelling, the project is being developed as both a feature film and a television franchise.
The charity event represents the production’s commitment to creating a lasting impact beyond entertainment.
“Storytelling has the power to inspire communities,” said Mario Domina, CEO of Jersey Shore Entertainment. “Our partnership with Habitat for Humanity allows us to use this project as a platform to help families while demonstrating that independent filmmaking can create meaningful social impact alongside economic development.”
The event will also showcase the capabilities of Red House Streaming’s state-of-the-art virtual production and broadcast facilities in downtown St. Petersburg, highlighting the region’s growing reputation as a destination for film, television, and digital media production.
“Red House Streaming believes media should bring people together,” said Kurt Heitmann, CEO, CP Communications, Red House Streaming, and RHStv. “Partnering with Jersey Shore Entertainment and Habitat for Humanity reflects our shared commitment to strengthening our community while creating exciting new entertainment opportunities.”
“When people think about building homes, they don’t always think about the role that storytelling can play,” said Mike Sutton, CEO of Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside. “But every Habitat home begins with a story of hope, determination, and community. We’re honored to join Jersey Shore Entertainment and Red House Streaming in creating an initiative that not only entertains, but also helps transform lives through affordable homeownership.”
Funds raised during the event will directly support Habitat for Humanity’s efforts to help local families achieve the dream of homeownership.
The partnership is expected to include:

About Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside
Driven by the vision that everyone needs a decent place to live, Habitat for Humanity has served over 1,000 homeowner partners since 1985. The affiliate serves Pinellas, West Pasco, and Hernando Counties. Volunteers and future homeowners construct the homes, which are sold and financed with a zero-interest loan. Habitat homeowner candidates earn 30 to 80 percent of the area median income. Candidates must demonstrate the need for adequate shelter; the ability to pay back a zero-interest loan and the willingness to partner with Habitat to complete a robust homebuyer education curriculum and invest 350 to 450 “sweat equity” hours. Mortgage monies are used to build even more homes, making each donation to Habitat a perpetual legacy to the community. Habitat believes that homeownership contributes to family stability, leading, in turn, to community stability. For more information, call (727) 536-4755 or visit www.habitattbg.org.
