JERSEY SHORE ENTERTAINMENT ANNOUNCES INTERNATIONAL CINEMATOGRAPHER RICARDO JACQUES GALÉ

Award-Winning Cinematographer Joins JSE’s Creative Team, recommended by Emmy-Nominated Director Anna Simone Scott.

Jersey Shore Entertainment (JSE) is excited to announce the addition of internationally acclaimed cinematographer Ricardo Jacques Galé to its creative team.

Born in Havana, Cuba, Ricardo brings decades of international filmmaking experience to the JSE slate. His extraordinary career began in Miami as a production assistant before taking him to Los Angeles, where he attended USC Film School and continued building an extensive technical and creative background in cinematography.

Before becoming a cinematographer, Ricardo worked as a film laboratory technician, Key Grip and Gaffer, and spent approximately 10 years operating Steadicam. That hands-on experience across virtually every aspect of image production helped establish the technical foundation for his career behind the camera.

Ricardo received his first major opportunity as a cinematographer from legendary independent filmmaker and producer Roger Corman, beginning a career that would take him around the world.

His cinematography credits include productions filmed in Beirut, Greece, Macedonia, Kenya, Norway, Panama, Belize, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil and the Philippines. Fluent in Spanish, Ricardo also brings valuable international production experience to JSE’s expanding slate.

His work has received significant international recognition. Among the honors associated with films he has photographed are the François Chalais Award at the Cannes Film Festival and the International Critics Award at the Toronto International Film Festival for West Beirut, as well as Best Cinematography for Touching Home.

Ricardo’s addition to JSE’s creative team was recommended by Emmy-nominated director Anna Simone Scott, who has worked with Ricardo previously.

The collaboration between Scott and Galé gives JSE an experienced director-cinematographer team with a shared understanding of visual storytelling and independent filmmaking.

Ricardo’s initial attachment as cinematographer will cover JSE’s current packaged development projects, including:

These projects represent an expanding component of JSE’s independent film and television production strategy, with development, financing, production and distribution being structured as part of the company’s broader slate model.

A CREATIVE PARTNERSHIP

The addition of Ricardo Jacques Galé further strengthens JSE’s creative infrastructure as the company builds its production slate.

With Anna Simone Scott providing creative leadership as director and Ricardo Jacques Galé bringing his international cinematography experience to the projects, JSE is assembling a filmmaking team designed to deliver distinctive visual storytelling while maintaining the practical discipline required for independent productions.

“Our goal at JSE is not simply to put projects into production,” Domina added. “We want to surround each project with talented filmmakers who understand both the creative and practical sides of independent filmmaking. Ricardo and Anna bring that combination to our slate.”

Ricardo’s international production experience also complements JSE’s expanding production strategy, including projects being developed for production in Puerto Rico, Florida and other international locations.
