Christine Cascio Peluso, Esq. is a transactional attorney and has worked in the state incentive tax credit market since 2005. She handles complex transactions, business and client development, and sales and marketing for the company.
Christine has collaborated with several states to improve tax incentive programs, and has authored or co-authored numerous articles and white papers. Prior to entering the tax credit market, she spent ten years with several public companies handling debt restructuring, compliance and investor relations. She was also a Series 7 licensed Financial Consultant with Salomon Smith Barney and completed a judicial clerkship with the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Christine sits on the boards of the Lambertville Area Education Foundation, and the Lambertville Board of Zoning Adjustments. In her spare time, Christine can be found running along the river, swimming in the ocean, skiing or mountain biking. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado in Boulder and a J.D. from the Delaware Law School in Wilmington, DE. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and U.S. Tax Court.
