Lisa Nadal, Esq. is a tax attorney specializing in tax credits and incentives. Prior to co-launching Credits & Incentives Corp., she worked for six years as a tax credit consultant with Tax Credits International, Inc., focusing on new markets and Puerto Rico tax credits. Her prior tax experience includes two years in the Tax Group of O’Neill & Borges, LLC, a large Puerto Rico law firm, where she provided federal and local corporate and tax advice to multinational corporations, financial companies, insurance companies, hotels and others. She also served for two years as Deputy Advisor of Economic Development & Taxation to the Governor of Puerto Rico under Luis Fortuño’s administration. As Deputy Advisor, Lisa conceptualized and drafted tax reform and various tax incentives laws.
Lisa is a published author in various tax law publications, including the renowned Tax Notes International, and currently sits on the Board of Invest Puerto Rico. In her spare time, Lisa can be found on the beautiful beaches of Puerto Rico, or jogging through traffic in San Juan. Lisa holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law, and an LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law School, where she graduated with honors. She is a member of the Florida and the Puerto Rico bars.
