BREAKING GLASS PICTURES ISSUES LETTER OF INTENT EXPRESSING INTEREST IN DISTRIBUTING JERSEY SHORE ENTERTAINMENT’S THREE-PICTURE FILM PACKAGE

Jersey Shore Entertainment (JSE) is pleased to announce that Breaking Glass Pictures with whom we have a first-look deal has issued a letter expressing interest in distributing JSE’s upcoming three-picture feature film package, currently comprising GRIST FOR THE MILL, THE COFFIN CORNER, and THE METHOD.

The three-picture package represents JSE’s continued development of independently produced, commercially oriented genre films designed for both domestic and international audiences.

According to the letter received by JSE, Breaking Glass Pictures has expressed its intention to explore distribution of the completed films in North America, with potential international opportunities also to be considered. The companies will also explore potential pre-sale and international market opportunities through upcoming film festivals and industry markets as the projects move toward production and completion.

The expression of interest provides JSE with an additional distribution pathway as the company continues to develop financing, production and strategic partnerships for its expanding feature-film slate.
