Since 1992 Neil has been the personal manager and publicist for actress Cindy Margolis. Cirucci has produced both pay per view TV events and network shows, as well.

In Spring of 2017, Neil Cirucci self-published a book titled “No Brag Just Fact.” The book explains how he self-taught himself to be a Hollywood manager and publicist as well as a movie and TV producer.

It also chronicles how he first met Super Model Cindy Margolis and forged a 34-year partnership with the Queen of the Internet.

Before You Tube, Facebook, Instagram and all the other social media applications, Cindy Margolis stood alone as the greatest self-promoter on the Internet. Crowned the Most Downloaded Woman on the Internet by the Guinness Book of Records pretty much said it all.

Her career started when Cindy was working on a project for a college business course she was taking. She took her project idea of greeting cards further and launched her own greeting card line, with her as the cover model for the cards.

Agents started to ask about this greeting card cover model. The company was a huge success. Cindy began to model and appeared in ads for Reebok, Vidal Sassoon, Coors, Hanes and Sunkist.

Cindy was named Miss Makita Power Tools 1986 and did appearances at woodworking trade shows.  In 1999 she was declared by the “Guinness Book of World Records” as the Most Downloaded woman ever. She held the title until 2000 when Danni Ashe surpassed her record.

In 2001 Guinness revised the record so that Margolis and Ashe shared the record–Margolis for having a non-subscription web site and Ashe for having a subscription web site.

 In 2008, she released her book, “Having a Baby When the Old-Fashion Way Isn’t Working.”

In 2010 “Vanity Fair” magazine published “Oral History of the Internet”, naming the top one hundred (100) Internet pioneers. She was the only woman on the list because of her contribution to Internet self-promotion.

Once she conquered Cyber space Cindy made a name for herself in Hollywood in both film and TV. Her TV credits include four (4) network shows, “Seducing Cindy,”  “Beverly Hills Nannies,”  “In Your Dreams with Cindy Margolis,” and of course CBS TV’s “The Cindy Margolis Show.”

Cindy Margolis is well known by fans for playing a fembot in the film “Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery,”  also in “Baywatch.”   Today Cindy is still going strong with film projects moving into production, which include “Sharknado 3 and Isle of Legends,” which she is also producing, “Bad Publicity,” a TV pilot written specifically for Cindy going into production next year.

And now, Cindy has added a key role as Glenda Farrell in “BLUE HOTEL” to her resume.
