JERSEY SHORE ENTERTAINMENT AND CEREPRODS ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC STUDIO & PRODUCTION ALLIANCE IN PUERTO RICO

SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO / FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA — September 2026 — Partnership establishes framework to explore film and television production, development, studio utilization, co-production and financing opportunities in San Juan.

Jersey Shore Entertainment (“JSE”), an independent film and television production and development company, and Cereprods, a San Juan-based production company and studio operation, have entered into a Strategic Studio & Production Alliance designed to explore and develop opportunities for film and television production in Puerto Rico.

The agreement establishes a framework for the companies to collaborate on selected JSE film and television projects, with the objective of evaluating opportunities involving development, packaging, production, studio facilities, production services, co-production, financing and Puerto Rico-based production resources.

“This alliance represents an important step in the continued expansion of Jersey Shore Entertainment’s production infrastructure and strategic industry relationships,” said Mario Domina, CEO of Jersey Shore Entertainment. “Cereprods provides an experienced production presence and studio infrastructure in San Juan, creating an opportunity for JSE to evaluate how selected projects from our development and packaging pipeline can potentially move into production and house a division in Puerto Rico.”

Under the alliance, JSE and Cereprods will evaluate selected projects on a project-by-project basis, including production requirements, budgets, financing strategies, scheduling, studio and production resources, applicable Puerto Rico incentives, distribution opportunities and potential co-production structures.

The relationship is intended to extend beyond conventional studio rental arrangements. JSE will bring its growing pipeline of packaged and developing film and television projects, along with its producer, talent, financing and distribution relationships, while Cereprods will provide access to its San Juan production environment, studio capabilities, local production resources and industry relationships.

The companies will initially focus on evaluating the feasibility of selected JSE projects for potential Puerto Rico production, with additional opportunities to be considered as the relationship develops.

“This is about building a long-term production relationship rather than simply identifying a facility for an individual project,” Domina added. “Our goal is to create a structure where the right projects can be evaluated for Puerto Rico and where both companies can identify opportunities that make commercial and production sense.”

The Strategic Studio & Production Alliance is to select individual projects that are subject to separate development, production, financing and other definitive agreements between the parties.
