Jersey Shore Entertainment proudly announces the addition of two new Advisory Board tax credit placement specialists as members, Christine Cascio Peluso, Esq., Owner/Managing Member of Tax Credits US, and partner, Lisa Nadal, Esq., President, Credits and Incentives Corp.

Jersey Shore Entertainment is honored to welcome tax credit placement specialists Christine Cascio Peluso, Esq., Owner/Managing Member of Tax Credits US, and Lisa Nadal, Esq., President, Credits and Incentives Corp., to our team.   Christine and Lisa will advise Jersey Shore Entertainment on global tax credit placement and financing, helping to expand global production of films and TV.  

Tax Credits US (http://www.taxcreditsllc.com/) has placed billions of dollars in tax credits within a number of industries, including film.  Christine is a transactional attorney and has worked in the state incentive tax credit market since 2005. She handles complex transactions, business and client development, and sales and marketing for the company.  Christine has also collaborated with several states to improve tax incentive programs, and has authored or co-authored numerous articles and white papers. Prior to entering the tax credit market, she spent ten years with several public companies handling debt restructuring, compliance and investor relations. She was also a Series 7 licensed Financial Consultant with Salomon Smith Barney and completed a judicial clerkship with the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado in Boulder and a J.D. from the Delaware Law School in Wilmington, DE. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and U.S. Tax Court.

Likewise, Credits and Incentives Corp. (https://www.candicorp.com/) places various state tax credits, including film.  Lisa Nadal, Esq. is a tax attorney specializing in tax credits and incentives.  Prior to co-launching Credits & Incentives Corp., she worked for six years as a tax credit placement specialist with Tax Credits International, Inc., focusing on new markets and Puerto Rico tax credits. 

Her prior tax experience includes two years in the Tax Group of O’Neill & Borges, LLC, a large Puerto Rico law firm, where she provided federal and local corporate and tax advice to multinational corporations, financial companies, insurance companies, hotels and others.  She also served for two years as Deputy Advisor of Economic Development & Taxation to the Governor of Puerto Rico under Luis Fortuño’s administration.  As Deputy Advisor, Lisa conceptualized and drafted tax reform and various tax incentives laws.  Lisa is a published author in various tax law publications, including the renowned Tax Notes International, and currently sits on the Board of Invest Puerto Rico.  Lisa holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law, and an LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law School, where she graduated with honors.  She is a member of the Florida and the Puerto Rico bars.
